Initial phone consultation are where we will get to know each other, what your travel goals are, and how we can work together to make your ideal vacation a reality.

If you have any follow-up questions after the consultation you are always welcome to reach out to me at no charge.

Flight Booking

Ideal for those who want a one-stop-shop and the peace of mind knowing someone is available in the event of any issues

If you’d like assistance booking flights, I can help and work with a great partner to support all your ticketing needs. However, they do charge a $100 per person fee for all flights. In this current environment, it’s often helpful to have a professional managing changes and cancellations, but you are also free to book directly with your airline. They can’t work with points unfortunately.

Vacation Planning & Research

Ideal for those who aren't sure of where they want to go or have a rough idea in mind, but need help researching the right hotels and best deals.

I'll deep dive into any vacation inspiration you have, I'll do all the research - looking to make the perfect match for your travel style. Afterwards, I'll share curated hotel or other lodging recommendations - tailored just for you. Then, we will schedule follow-up conversations to review them and make any tweaks needed to ensure the options are right for you.

Once you you decide on your hotel I will then coordinate all bookings on your behalf and apply any additional perks available at no extra charge!

Planning & Research Service is $150

and is invoiced once you are ready to plan your trip.

Customized Vacation Design & Concierge Services

Ideal for the traveler visiting multiple destinations, visiting a location they aren't familiar with or those who don't have the time or desire to manage every detail of their vacation planning.

I can help with all the details, from ground transportation, rail tickets, excursions and tours - even restaurant recommendations and reservations!

With the custom trip design package, I do all the work for you and will provide you a full itinerary that tells you where to be when and other helpful tips to make your trip great.

In addition, you will be able to contact me should anything come up during your trip or if you need any additional assistance.

Custom Trip Design Fee starts at $350 per week of travel (travel and planning fee will be applied as a deposit)
